Is your prop well mounted and in a good shape?

The shuddering could be caused by your prop being out of balance. For the pulling to the right problem you could look under SEARCH for some leads.

Re: shudder & pulling right

The bent skag cant be helping maters any. Most motors pull to the right because of the torque of the motor. Does your motor have a torque tab? Did this problem become worse after you bent the skeg? You should have a mechanic look at it. If the prop is damaged or the skeg is bent enough to cause the prop to worbal you run a chance of ruining the gears, clutch and prop shaft in your lower unit not to mention what kind of stress you are putting on the motor.
