Sierra versus OEM Impeller comments

Hi all , Gettin ready to replace the impeller on my 2000 VP 4.3GLPEFS and wanted some feedback on the aftermarket Sierra impellers from those who have used them. I know that the Sierra kit does not include the glycerin but has anybody noticed a increased early failure or any other negatives with using the Siearra versus the OEM Volvo part?

No difference IMO. Ive used both Volvo Penta and Sierra. As long as you inspect the impellers every season, replace them every other season, you shouldnt ever have a problem with either brand.

I use liquid dishwashing detergent.

OEM only for me. That includes bellows too! The difference in price is way too low.
