Sikaflex 291, how fast to cure?

How quickly does sikaflex cure in, the 100ml small tube? I know there is a fast cure version, but dont want to spend that much as its a little job.

Very thin coat attaching rubber to gel coat, humidity is about 70%

So probably not the best choice for a keel protector needing quick attachment.

I ended up peeling the keel protector as it had so many pockets and holes it wasnt worth it. I actually dont know what brand it was, couldnt recognise it against the major players otherwise I would have gone for the warranty. Thanks for the advise on sikaflex, i think it sounds a good option for fittings where you may one day want to remove them.
