Simple flushing question

I have 2004 6.2L with Bravo 3 drive. I am looking for the correct flushing kit for the outdrive, (boat out of water) I have the side intake pickups, and it appears that there is not a pickup on the front... the part number in the manual is 92-44357Q2. this does not appear to be the correct one for the side intake pickups. Am I just missing something here?

The number 44357Q2 is correct, but...why not get one from here, and pay 1/3 the cost of the Mercury part?
