simple oil change/gear oil change

i have a 1999 115hp merc outboard, how do i change the oil and where??<br /><br />there are two plugs on the bottom - one says "oil level" and the other says "vent"<br /><br />there is no other screws up above other than a small plastic plug<br /><br />which ones do i remove??

You have 1 more at the bottom (below the two you mentioned) at the skeg. That is the drain/fill.<br /><br />Dave
