Good afternoon everybody and thanks in advance. Im at a loss at what to do with my motor not turning over. I have replaced the starter, alternator, and have two good batteries. Cleaned all the connections even the ground on the block behind the exhaust manifold. Replaced the the starter relay still nothing. Any suggestions on what to do next? Thanks.

If all checks out it's possible the engine is hydro locked or has a failed mechanical issue

Put your Navigation lights on and try to start, if they dim considerably then there is a chance that the starter motor is trying to turn a sized or hydro locked motor.
