Hi,

I have read lots on disableing the VRO pump.

1. My question is if I run it without the oil supply, will the pump be useable in the near future? I have 200 gallons of premix in my tank and want to burn this off.

2. Can I use a single oil tank with a t-fitting to run my twin 200 hp engines?

1. Probably, as long as no contaminants (water, dirt, etc) get into the works. When installing a new pump, or re-installing the oil line, it's best to run some premix until you verify oil consumption.

2. Only if you want 2 new engines. The pick up assembly isn't capable of supplying enough oil for 2 engines. There is an oil tank available that uses 2 pickups, if you have that option for your oil tank, just purchase the 2nd pickup.

-John
