I have a 2004 Volvo 5.0 CL-D that had no fuel problems when I winterized it last Fall. I have power to the electric fuel pump but no fuel to the carb. I always leave the tank full with stabilizer and get the first start in Spring with very little revolutions. Please advise.

Remounted the filter and turned it over for about six seconds and pulled it off again and it was completely filled.

I've got the air filter off and the carb remains dry and no smell of gas.

I removed the throttle cable and was backing out bolts to remove the carb for rebuild and I gave the throttle a few pumps. What do you know, it squirted fuel each time. I reconnected everything and the motor started on second revolution.
