Slight Vibration

I just installed a Hustler Aluminum 19 pitch prop and now notice some vibration when running at low rpms. Seems to go away once on plane but caused some concern. Is this normal for a 19 pitch prop.

Doesn't sound normal. The prop should be balanced. The shaft could be bent.
