Just bought boat been sitting 3 years. Installed battery cranks very slow. Removed plugs spins normal. Install one of 3 plug's and motor turns and then stops and spins very slow. Stater is laboring.thinking bad starter or bad wiring. Any thoughts thanks

" Installed battery cranks very slow." Could you give some details about your engine.....is that a new battery? Proper CCA....clean connections? If that is all good, may need to disassemble the starter to check brushes and condition of armature....clean and lube the bearings, etc....

FYI
The 3/4 cyl. Forces when one plugs installed
and you try to turn it over.
The uneven compression can make it hard to
turn.
If one cyl. was bad it would have the same affect.
