I have a 350 bravo 2 mercury i/o the boat has around 500 hrs now and has been maintained well. my problem is the other day i noticed the boat took awhile to go into forward gear sorta spongy like. when we came back in i have to go into rev then forward into slip. when i put it into forward nothin happened then it hit sorta hard like it was in neutral for a little bit then slipped in gear. im thinking shifter? the outdrive oil was changed in the winter and still is full. i used pensoil this time around other then quick silver? sorta lost? thanks for the help dan
