slow speed....HELP

Hello, my 175 hp boat somehow can only go about 10-15 mph. it use to go about 50+. What would the problem be for my boat. Is it the wire or propeller or some other thing with my motor? When i give it full throttle it seems as though the motor isn't changing gear, the motor just work harder but boat isn't going any faster. Please help and thanks in advance.

Check all cyls for spark it sound like it's only running on one bank.

All my sparks works. I'm thinking that it could be my wires because water might have gotten to it or it could be a spun hub, but i can't find the hub in my propeller. Does all propeller have hub in it? What do you mean by running on one bank.
