first, you need your tach fixed

second, with a 3.0 full of people and doing watersports, you need to drop down to about a 15P

while your boat may "hold" 8 people, thats 8 people at 135# each or you are over-weight

you have two threads going on the same topic - rule violation

the other is here https://forums.iboats.com/forum/eng...gines-outdrives/10893908-slow-to-get-on-plane

fix your tach

you are over-prop'd and over-loaded

your capacity tag reads maximum number of people or maximum weight. if you divide the weight by the number of people, you will find that the 8 people that can be in your boat must be #135 or less. with 7 adults, you are over-loaded

you are limited on HP with a 3.0 and you will find to get an over-loaded boat up on plane faster, you need to be in the 15p range.
