i have a 94 225 evinrude and sometimes especially first thing it doesn't wont to take off very well. it acts like it isn't running on all cylinders, but after a minute it acts like a powerband kicks in and takes off like normal. it might not do it the rest of the day, but it might do it three or four more times. if any body has any suggestions i would appreciate them thanks alot.
