Small spyder cracks concern?

Fellas,

So, I found several small spyder cracks on bottom and some on side of my fiberglass hull.

I'm hoping these are from the cheap paint the previous owner sprayed.

My questions is if these are cracks in the hull, should I be concerned? And what would be the best way to repair?

Spider cracks are usually caused by stress or flex in the fibreglass but can also be caused by impact damage,gelcoat being applied too thickly or not mixed correctly. Dremel tool with a v groove bit to v out the cracks. Wash down with Acetone then mix up some gelcoat paste to fill em. Then sand and fair. Take care of the Chips the same way.
