Smokercraft dashboard

Hello everyone, I am currently restoring my 2006 Smokercraft Promag and am hoping to get some ideas on how to repair or replace the brittle, broken dash that currently exists. I contacted Smokercraft and they no longer stock the parts to replace so..... I am posting a couple of photos to show what I am dealing with. Thanks for any advice.
