This time of year, there are a lot of posts on how to winterize properly.
In the Adults Only and MUST HAVE Technical Information for DIYers. stickies at the top of this forum are HOW TO's and other information you need to keep your boat in top shape over the long winter and beyond.
Please take the time to look at this information before asking a question.
Chances are it's already covered in the above links.

hehehe..... As if you needed the information Bill :) :p

This comes up all the time, so I'll say this

DO NOT BUY OR USE ONE OF THOSE WINTERIZATION KITS LIKE THE ONE IN THE LINK BELOW!!!

http://www.westmarine.com/1/1/1305-engine-winterizing-kit-from-west-marine.html

As always, Right on time Don :)

Out of curiosity, why?

Last year I learned why I'LL never use one again - the thing didn't flow enough to keep the engine from running hot. Any other reason (not that any is needed)?

Sometimes winterizing can feel like the cartoon below. The links given and tips on this site will help you get through it ok.
