If you don't have a set of sockets to keep trying 1 after another, you may be able to tap the nut loose with a blunt punch, being careful not to damage any locking device or chipping off any metal. With nut removed measure it for wrench size, or maybe you can do that without removing it, or... if the nut is not in-set too far, you may be able to get adjustable wrench or channel locks on it!
