Everybody look out! This man is going to go through withdrawl.
Ndemge you will find yourself wandering around docks late at night quietly sniffing mooring ropes and getting the odd wiff of two stroke mixture from time to time. If this happens then go back the next day and explain to the owner that you've sold your boat and he'll most likely ask you to go out with him. We all feel for the poor soul who has to say farewell to his vessal and the grieving thats associated with this is too much to bear alone.
The local pub will be another place whereby you'll find like minded folk, all drowning their sorrows at the loss of a boat.
Most likely you'll go out more often now you don't have one if'n you do it well!
Ross

Re: Sold the boat

Took a bit of a hit on what I paid for it, but as the tables are set, needed to be done. Once the finances get back up there, will be getting another one for sure.

Needed to trade up to a cuddy for a place to get the little ones out of the sun anyway ;)

Figure for the price of fuel and insurance, we can just go rent one for a day to get our fix.

Re: Sold the boat

I live on a lake, not on the water, but I have a veiw and could throw a rock to the water, well maybe if I didnt have bursitis in my shoulder! Anyway I sold my boat about three years ago thought I was going to sell out and move only to find out I wasnt. Well, money gone, no boat, get up every morning and have breakfast and coffee on the deck looking out over the water and no boat in the carport! Man, Thought I would go nuts. Wife too. Well, Now we have a better boat than before, but the other boat ran! Oh well we will get it fixed eventually!
