Well in my other thread I was trying to remove both shafts from the lower unit in order to get the water pump out. Well I unscrewed the top part of the shaft that goes to the water pump and i was able to take the water pump off. My problem now is that the impeller is F*****. Does anyone know of any replacement impeller that would fit like this one. There is no where to find replacement parts for this engine. I have included pictures, let me know what you guys think.

It's a long shot, but have you tried Impellers by Brian? Do a google search for his site. Although he may not have a replacement, it looks like there may be just enough left for a pattern if you send him both the impeller and the housing. Probably cost a bit for him to make a mold, etc. but your outboard will run again.

Maybe I could trim down the old fins and gorilla glue/super glue or epoxy some new pre-cut rubber fins in place. What do you guys think?

Don't know about the Solo but I think one of those throwaways is said to be a yamaha clone.I did look at some Yamaha impellers nat as many vanes but they do use what
appears to be a similar size keyway.
