1- Dig a moat from San Isidro, CA to Brownsville, TX<br /><br />2- Put all those excess and troublesome alligators from the SE in said moat and remove all border guards.<br /><br />3- Take the dirt from the moat and use it to build up the levees in New Orleans.<br /><br />Why do we always have to make things so difficult?
