I was told that I have a Mariner 15 hp outboard, what do I have Model 225 58107 Serial oe091059, so what do I have, is it good or bad, what can you tell me about it, thank's for your time

Looking it up at Mercury Marine parts express it looks like a Force ( Sears ) model HO15201RS.

Rick's right. It's not a Mariner. It's a Mercury-made Force distributed by Sears with Gamefisher decals instead of Force.
