Sort of a trailer question using a built in boat ramp

My buddy and me are thinking about how we could build a ramp on roller system to dock his boat at the camp we have. The property has an existing concrete ramp wide enough to handle the boat - a 21' Panga - and plenty of room to launch and load. I see options for pre-made kits but they all seem lightweight for the job. Have any of ya'll out there done this? Seems to us that we could fabricate the support needed and run a bank of rollers to support the hull. It doesn't appear to be that difficult but I wanted to touch base here just to see if anyone has had the experience. There are others in the park that have done similar, but the Panga is not quite a V and not quite a flat hull. Nonetheless we are thinking a roller set up for ease of access. Bunks would be crazy.

Toss in your ingenuity and let's figure something out. When we start it up I'll post pix of the progress!

I have a rig I built to allow me to winch my jetski into the box of my pickup. Works to take it off the trailer and into the box or out of the lake and into the box ect. Same theory would work here. My rig is 2x6 boards 9 feet long with rollers. It mounts into the back of my pickup box. You would just need to set it up to keep it in place on the side of the lake and build it to a length fitting for yur need.
