Source for 4.3l vortec engines

I want to replace my twin 431a's with new vortec 4.3l engines. Can anyone recommend a reliable source? Seems everyone that sells new ones have poor reviews. I've dug through the stickies and I've checked the following:

You can buy brand new motors from you local GM dealer, just make sure your ordering marine

I know people that have ordered from both Center State and Michigan Motorz.

both are selling GM marine crate engines with new warranties and marine up-fit stuff bolted to them
