While replacing points on my buddies mq-13 9.5hp Johnson, he noticed that the roll pin that keeps tension on the starter rewind spring was loose and falling out. He pulled it to add some sealer but when we went to rewind it, the long center shaft ( w slot on top) that grabs one end of the spring snapped. It's an otherwise NICE motor and he's like to fix it. Any hints on where to find a replacement part (new, used or at least part #) would be much appreciated.
