yes,

most metal supply facilities offer up to 240" long and 120" wide. for your boat, I think a 72 x 144 would be fine. start looking on google. your looking for companies like Alro, or American Metal Supply, or Ryerson or what ever metal supply facility is near you. They can advise on what they have in stock, or what they can get for lengths

if you have to form anything, stay with 5052, forming 5086 requires a 3T bend radius where 5052 can use down to 1/2T

be prepared, aluminum sheet is about $3 per pound, and a sheet of 11 gauge in 72 x 144 will be close to $400

Hey Bob what boat ya working on now? The 68" wide deck sounds familiar. I just cut and fitted ply in my V5 SS 2 x 22" pieces on each side with a 24" piece in the center which makes for a 68" wide deck.

this is the LOWE Roughneck I have ...its a 2070 mod V the chine is at 70" and the inside aluminum floor is about 68" I ripped it all up because the blow in foam absorbed water and the rig gained 600 lbs!!!! I cut an exact 1 cubic foot piece of the foam out of the floor and weighed it. 16 POUNDS!! it is supposed to weigh about 1.5 lbs or so. the floor I took up is all wavy and curled at the edges, because it is only about .100 thick... I am going to go with .125 when I put the floor in. mainly because I wont have suck a firm support under the floor with that foam gone....my foam wont fit that perfect when I put it in. plus I wanted to move the console up and over from the center...
