Source for Marinedeck PTP?

I'm kinda getting things together in my head for the replacement of my transom this late spring/early summer and I heard of a product called Marinedeck PTP in a PolarKraft boat brochure that is guaranteed against rot forever. Is this available to the general public, or boat builders only?

Of course I used google first. I typed in marinedeck ptp, not just marinedeck.
