Guys,

My Seloc manual says the spark plug gap for my '95 40hp, Yamaha is .020-.024.

So, does anyone know specifically what the gap should be (actual owner manual)???

Would like to get it where it should precisely be....

Thanks,

Dave

Dave,
adjust the gap as close to the lower number as possibe. The Manual states a range of the gap that the engine will run fine with. Adjsut to the lowest possible gap. The plugs will stay with in spec range for a longer time.

Happy boating.
