spark plug oil question

1971 40 hp big twin evinrude m/n 40153b was just wondering what people recommend for spark plugs and what type of oil should i put in the lower part of the motor where the propeller is and how much any help would be appreciated thanks everyone

the oil is just gearbox oil with specil addictives to keep it working if some water gets in.
Most car part shops or boat shops have it.
Your motor probably takes about 500ml. Always fill from the bottom plug up to the top plug
