Spark plug prob

I have a 84 115 Mariner. It just started fouling the second from the top spark plug. It will run great for a little while then start running bad. If you pull the plug out it will have some carbon on it. Clean it off & it will run fine again. The motor had a carb job,power pack, & some other things replaced the first of the summer.<br />Thanks for your help.<br /><br />Mark

do a decarb and up grade the type of oil mix your useing or if your trolling with it need to go to a different plug

I'm using Quicksilver 50:1. Is that good enough on the oil. I will do a decarb on it.<br /><br />Thanks Mark
