spark plug wire routing

Hello all,

Do you think I am OK to run plug wires across the manifolds ? or is that not a good idea.

mainly the 7,8,3 and 4 wires - ford 302 with the rear riser log manifolds.

I have a nice new set of wires but they are not long enough to be routed under the manifolds like the stock ones.

and sadly enough, I think the wires that are on there now are the original wires haha.

Ayuh,.... Automotive wires don't fit so well,... do they,..??
