Spark plugs, 1998 115hp Mercury 2 cycle

This is a 4 cylinder oil injected engine. What spark plugs should I use and if gapped, what is gap setting?

NGK BPZ8H-N-10 gap is .040in (1.0mm) hope this helps

Are these NGK plugs resistor plugs? I had major interference in the fish finder and the radio when I used non resistor plugs.
