#1 switch box / replaced ALL wire terminals/cleaned pins & sockets from all plug-ins.

Compression #1 -135 PSI
#2 -140
#3- 140
Motor not running in High Idle will die if tried, will start shaking violently when running in idle randomly & quit
Fuel pump Pressure is good about 2-3 psi at cranking & fuel filter full of fuel & not dropping when running idle

after 5 min. run time or so, pulled plugs;

#1 Clean & dry
#2 Clean & wet
#3 Black & dry--Running too rich? when Mixture needle set at 1 turn out OR Re-circulation vents/hoses plugged

What am I missing/ doing wrong?

Verify spark on all 3;
Get GOOD inline spark testers.
You can run the motor when all hooked up.

Check the reeds?

Clean and reset the carbs.
Float levels?

Check the recirc system.
The long dog bone cover on the fuel pump side.
Make sure the hose and screens and the valves are clear.

with the spark tester I get 7/16" on all 3 blue spark (same one you always show to people)

Cleaned Carbs. before install/Float levels were good
Will pull the Carbs. again & stick a scope down to check Reeds once more.

The power head has been changed, it has a 97, do I remove just the check-valves elbows and hoses? or the 3 covers also?

The 97 didn't have the dog bone.
So check the hoses and the check valves.

Do the starting fluid test, start the motor and spray SF all around the intake side.
Everywhere but the throat of the carb.
If the spray makes and difference then the motors sucking air and a gasket is probably leaking.
One tiny backfire/cough/stutter can blow the port cover gasket.
Use sillycone if you replace the cover gaskets.
