Spark plugs. Is this normal?

I pulled the spark plugs on my 83 mercury 80 and all 4 of them had what looked like oil/gas mix on them. Not a ton, just a little. They are the gapless type plugs. Inside the spark plug holes smells like gas.

Normal or no?

Oil residue is normal.

As long as the motor performs well, WOT RPM is within recommended range, it is perfectly normal.
