1960 sea king 15 has m44c plugs that look antique, center electrodes really worn, motor absolutely loves them.bought new champion j6c plugs from dealer motor hates them. any recommendations?
Sea King motors from1950-1963 1.5 hp to 25 hp use J6C plugs.J4C plugs are also reccomended.<br /> They are a little cooler.<br /> Be sure you haven't disturbed the wires and that they are in good shape.Check for any worn spots that may short.Be sure plugs are set to the proper gap..030.
