Hi Forum- Sorry to post this, maybe I can ask an oil question next; but we switched boats last year and I am doing some spring stuff and it includes plugs. Can someone tell me why I would use the AC Delco 41 933/993 over the AC Delco MR43LTS in a 04 5.0L GL Volvo Penta? The cost is about twice as much; but if there is a good reason to go with one over the other- happy to do it. thanks Mike

Being you have a carbureted engine, stay with the AC Delco MR43LTS or NGK BPR6EFS spark plugs. You won't notice any change running the 41-932/993 plugs.

Letting the longer lasting plugs sit in place without servicing them!!! What can happen is the outside body of plug tends to start to rust up pretty badly, (especially if you have an exhaust riser gasket leak) you want to replace the plugs prior while you're still able to work a socket on them for easier maintenance.
