Spark problems w/ 89' 150hp Mariner

I'm not getting spark on all three starboard side cylinders at idle. Just above idle (I'm talking 150 more rpm's) they all fire just fine. Coils, switch boxes, plugs, and wires good. Is there way I, the electronically challenged guy, can test the stator easily? I'm getting the same voltage to both switch boxes at idle. I know it makes no sense but it's the truth. The stator will knock out 1 complete bank. It sounds like your low speed stator (Blue wire) is not working properly on that side.<br /><br />TMD
