I am about to do a tune-up on my 2007 Evinrude E-tec. Changing the sparkplugs will be part of that. I normally bring it to a shop for things like this, but I'm going to do it myself this time. Plus, the shop I used went out of business (owner retired and moved). I know the plugs have to be indexed when installed. I found several videos on this on the internet, but all of them are for later year E-tecs and I could not find anything specific to my 2007. I'm assuming the indexing requirement would apply to my 2007 also, correct? Just want to make sure, as I don't want to waste the extra time it can take to index the plugs. Thank you.
