Re: sparkplugs how tight?
Box that the plugs came in usally has directions as to how to tighten. I just put 2 new NGK 2522 plugs in my 1990 50 hp Force. I believe this is the type that goes into the 1989 thru 1991 50hp,with prestolite ignitions. Ofcourse there are othe brands and types but these plugs seem to be the best I have purchased. Refer to recent post on spark plugs on this thread, Eurolarva reply, shows power head for 1990, and plug type.<br />1989-1991 are using the same plug under ebasicpower.com website under spark plug finder at the bottom left of the main page.<br />Good luck and Happy Motoring!!, ps my box says 1/2 turn with gasket, 1/16 turn with conical seat type. <br /><br />jas...."petey"
