I was researching best way to clean the tubes on my 04 Premier and found this note from a local marina -
"For pontoons we do no waxing but we clean the tubes with an aluminum
cleaner/brightener. We are not able to clean the tubes on Premier Pontoons with an aluminum cleaner/brightener due to a special coating put on the tubes at the factory. We would recommend Option #3 for Premier owners with a discount for deleting brightening the tubes."
Does anyone know anything about this "special coating"? What is the best way to clean them if I can't use a "cleaner"? If I did use a cleaner and destroyed the "special coating" is that bad??
Thanks for any advice.
