Special tool for Merc 90 carb jet removal/replacement?

I have a 1987 Merc 90. I occassionally swith out the carb jets to adjust for lakes at different altitudes. Anybody know if there is a special tool/screwdriver available for the removal and replacement of the main jets. In the past, I have just globbed a little something gummy on the end of a small screwdriver and tilted the engine to a certain angle. Seems a little dicey... there has to be a better way?

Klein tools makes a magnetic screw driver.

Thanks, but the jets are made of brass, which is not attracted to magnets.
