Spectrum 1706 hull repair

Hello all, I just inherited a Spectrum 1706 that has been stored for the better part of a decade. After a hull inspection, I found a crack down the center line. Is this something I can repair myself or should take to a boat dealer for repair? I have attached photos of the areas. I figure I can fix the small holes with epoxy and seal under the bow, My main concern is the center line. Any advice would help.
