Speedo and tach problems

06 115 mercury 4 sroke,speedometer takes forever to show if at all,tach has a mind of it's own also.Mounted on a 07 19 ft seapro.Any suggestions

check water line from the snder to the speedo for cracks Replace if NG the speedo itself may be shot

Not sure on your tach problem ,but in my expeirence the Speedo's are worthless not very accurate.
I went with a $100.00 GPS investment (pretty accurate and fun to look at).
