Jason, no offense, but police radars tend to be: overworked, undermaintained and just plain innaccurate.
GPS is far more accurate. Only if, one is looking at "instant" speed as opposed to a building average.
Most GPS units offer an "instant" reset, that gives true (to the instant) speed.
JB brings up an EXCELLENT point. A tuning fork at 30 degrees F. acts allot different that one at 90 degrees F.
Basic science and physics.
I've NEVER had a speeding ticket. But, if I ever do, I'll beat it. Unless it's grossly over.
I figure, if I ever get caught, I'll just surrender.8) But, I won't because I don't.
