I have a 1988 Force 50 HP Model #507Y8C that I bought new in 1988. The problem that I am having is that it runs speratically on one cylinder while on the water. I can not get it to run bad while at home on the hose or in a tank, however every time I go on the water it does this. I have cleaned the caberator except the needle and seat (Scared without new parts available in my town) put new plugs in and none of this helps. I am afraid that it is one of the coils but I cannot figure out which one because it won't do it at home. I have set the timing at one mark + on the fly wheel I don't know if this is correct or not, would like to know. Any suggestions would be great.
