Spider Cracks on a 153 Scout Deck

Howdy

I am looking at a used Scout 153 (1996 vintage). There are two spots in the deck that have small spider cracks. The transom and hull are in good shape with no cracking, but these little spider cracks in the decking are concerning me...

Question - should this be something of a concern? The research I have found states that the Scouts are not a wood/fiberglass construction. Should I be worried about water logged foam?

Should be fine. My 89 Charger DL has spider cracks here and there and one on the transom. I had it looked at and the guy said the transom was the same as when it left the showroom and the cracks were just in the gel coat. Should be solid imo.
