absolutely no disrespect to ya bubba, and other cops on this board--<br /><br />that photo, if valid-- is a real *** way to collect quota---<br /><br />i heard of blow up cops inna squad in my state used to slow down folks on the interstate-- but a cop onna horse??????????-- gonna write a ticket-------(course the cops onna horse to trap folks)----<br /><br />no offence, but, ifin i'm guilty--bust me-- iff'in i'm not , leave me alone<br /><br />(edit)--regret showing my ignorance in this reply--the blow up cop thing is a true story in WI, concerned citizen called cop shop cause officer was slumped over steering wheel--turns out "cop" had an air leak ---me, am sensative to the quota thing--imo lots more issues to be concerned with than writing tickets

A Few years back we had somthing like the horse going on. At one of the stop lights by our mall people were running the red because the light was so short. Well the police set up shop near the stop light with a lawn chair and a radio. Well abou a block down the road their were about 4 squad cars pulling people over like it was going out of style... They must of had a shortage of tickets that past month and theyed needed to catch up for the year
