I have already posted this in the other brands catagory and got a tip it may be better answered here. So here goes....
I boat an older lund boat last year that came with a Spirit 40... it runs ok it needs the carb pulled of and cleaned and someone mentioned i should replace the impeller as well...... well the problem is finding parts.... i know some suzuki parts interchange.... but what suzuki motor??? i will get the numbers off the motor when it stops raining and post them....
What else should i do to freshen up a motor that has been sitting for a couple of years? other than new plugs and lower unit lube which i changed when i bought it.
