I have a deep V sylvan aluminium boat, that no matter what the size of waves I hit I usually get wet from the spray. In the summertime it isnt so bad, but during the colder winter months during hunting seasons I want to stay as dry as possible.....
I watched a boat similar to mine during duck hunting seasons...He took what appeared to be cut tires and then bolted them thru the hull....it appeared to work as the curve of the rubber tire would force the water down and out farther....WHile it probably did its job,I would like to use something a little less "redneckish" (is that a word?)or a little more pleasing to the eyes.....
Any ideas.
I love the boat just hate the bow design.
