Yesterday I got in a second gallon of 303 water proffer in and got it finished. So today i dropped it in for the year, It was a bit cold, 60 with a 15 to 20 mph cross wind but it was a nice day for a shake down run and ever thing worked fine, Let summer began. I aint talking about the snow predicted for the next few days.

I am all ready 3 weeks behind.

Well with an average of 30" of ice on out lakes........ you can tow a boat anywhere as long as you have traction on the snow covering. All of our lakes are frozen.

Hope you had fun....... we in the frozen areas have to live vicariously through boater's like yourself!!

We still have ice but i am hopping for April 11th. should be able to get are 100 days on the lake again this year

I was going to pick mine up from storage today and prep it for my crappie trip first weekend in April then the slip April 15th but as of this moment it is snowing with 20 mph winds. No bueno when my wife has my truck at work and all I have is the 2wd Explorer

Yea i know but it can sit on the slip and get snowed on or it can sit at home and get snowed on, and i just put on a fresh coat of 303 fabric protector and i may be able to hit it on the next good day.

My pontoon is going on Big Bear Lake April 4th. April 1st is the earliest you can launch. Was 90? at my house today. Mid 60s up at Big Bear.
